Useless pipes. The reed is unplayable, the bellows does work well for inflating air mattresses, the bag will not live very long.

I met someone who had one of those. We were able to get a cane reed to work in it after a fashion (it came with a plastic reed). Meaning that it was not so far out of tune that it hurt your ears, but I’d not call it ‘in tune’.
It might have been playable if it wasn’t for all the leaks. When I hooked the chanter to my bag, I was able to play it reasonably well, but he was pumping so hard to try and get air in the thing, he couldn’t pay any attention to learning to play.
