Advise please

Hello all. I am not well up in music theory so I am asking if anyone knows what keys( major/minor) are possible on a C chanter and a Bb chanter , that are not fully keyed , ie they would only have the cnat key for the second octave C nat. Thanks.

I’m not strong on theory but here’s what I would think:

C chanter:

C & F major, A & D minor, D & G dorian and G mixolydian

Bb chanter:

Bb & Eb major, G & C minor, C & F dorian and F mixolydian
