Is Jessie taking the whistles in or do we hold on to them and mail them to the winner afterwards as directed?
Dan, I am going to mail mine directly to whomever wins the whistle I donated. I was considering paying the postage myself, but may change my mind later. Seems easier that way and save $$ at the same time.
There was a suggestion that if C&F quit mailing whistles that the USPS would go out of business. Well, I am not willing to push the envelope myself.

Everyone will still have a pretty good chance because of the generosity of all of the donaters and with my limited funds right now and I will only have a chance at 2 of the whistles. 
You know, I almost missed out on this, I was in VA playing my hammered dulcimer and my whistles for the kiddies in my daughters classes at school for a couple of days. I had a great time but I’m glad I got back in time for this.

I sure hope the honor system is working. Talbert, check the first post of this thread periodically to see that the numbers match up. All of the ticket purchases I have actually received are posted in the bottom of that thread (currently 34 people have purchased one or more tickets each). Some people are sending checks through the mail, so that may add a few, but not more than 5 or so have e-mailed for my address. So if more than 40 people have contacted you, we should do something to modify the process.
Bill, Talbert has enough to worry about with shipping so many CDs. To keep it simple, if you want to contribute extra to Jerry, send it to me.

I really do not want to get in the way of what Jesse has already set up for Jerry. She has worked very hard!!!
