I think cowtime is from the western part of Virginia
Yep, another Buckeye present and accounted for – 5 hours southwest from izzarina, about 4 hours east of Daniel Bingamon in Cincinnati, 3 hours south of dapple in Columbus, 6 hours south of FJohnSharp & burnsbyrne around Cleveland & I’m sure I’ve missed someone … I think we’re all “just” out of hearing range of each other.
There are enough of us from the 46th State, that we have our own Yahoo Group. Any of you living in Oklahoma, or in any of the neighboring counties in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Texas, New Mexico, or Colorado… even NW Louisiana… ought to join up, at http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/ok_whistles/
Right, I’m still awaiting evidence from the following:

As emmline said I am in Maryland but I used to live in Rhode Island if that counts. In fact I bought my first whistle in Newport while living in RI. The St. Patricks day parade there is quite an occasion.
It’s obvious where I’m from.
I think I may be the only active poster but I remember doing a Memberlist search once and thought I found a few others from the Treasure State…
I would have difficulty believing that. We had a C&F gathering of just SF Bay Area whistlers and had, what, 25-30 (with 5-10 cancelling at the last minute) from this small area alone!!!
