I unsubscribed a year or more ago, then recently logged into woodenflute.com and changed my preferences to subscribe again. A week later, still no emails. Just checked to make certain my new preferences got saved, and sure enough, the box for email subscription (single posts not digest) is indeed checked, but still no emails…
Is the list dead, is nobody posting, am I in the twilight zone?

Speaking of the twilight zone…you haven’t been up to visit yet…
Too True!! I actually haven’t been out of the city at all the last…what 2 years or so???. Well, that’s not exactly true, I did make it out to Burkhart, Powell, and Brannen, but that was for job interviews. Since then I’ve been stuck here in town working, quite literally, 12+ hour days on average, with many being 16 hour days 
Things are starting to calm down a little bit, and may slow down substantially during the mid summer months, so with any luck, and a little help from Zip Car, hopefully I’ll get to pay you a visit this summer - I need to get out of town!
Of course I’m not even sure I have a clue what a lathe even looks like or does any more. It’s a device used for making cider, right?

It’s not quite dead, but mostly dormant… we had a little flurry last month, partly caused by some real activity but also due to a malfunction of the server. It isn’t very lively, but there are still some folks intermittently active over there who don’t seem to come here…
Too bad, it used to be fairly busy.
