Freakily yours,

Hey Blayne thanks again for the great service! My Busman purpleheart wood whistle should be here tomorrow! wOOt!

I just noticed that you’re in Greeley. I used to live just off the northeast corner of the campus at the Kampus Houses (in 79 +/-). Brings back good memories… like rocky mountain oysters at the Armory.

I was in a fraternity house at UNC (Delta Upsilon) there from 87-91, on…8th? 9th? Right next to the union, just up the street from…Gunter? Old gym.

Armory is still there (According to an email I had with Erik), but my other mainstay, the Smiling Moose has closed.

Erik…what about JB’s? Local drive in type diner? That still there?

Aodhan

Well, since we’re talking about Greeley! Craziness! Yep, JBs is still here. They now have a JB jr. that stays open in the winter - The original JBs closes in the winter… But you probably knew that… Yep, The Smiling Moose just closed down. A friend of ours did the brewing there…Bummer… I imagine it will still be used as a brewpub/restaurant though… I just saw the building for sale in the paper… Hmmm… maybe we should turn it into a brewpub/restaurant/whistle & drum shop! You could drink your beer out of whistles with their holes taped shut! Uhhh that sounded bad…

(Homer Simpson tone…) Mmmmm beer…
