Low E. Overton or Chieftain looks like to me.
Overton/Goldie low E. You can see the Teflon (PTFE) tape sticking out at the joint. A mark of pride among Overton/Goldie owners. 
Can’t say I care much for the video, but I will say that I am coming to think more and more each day that low E is the most magical key of low whistle. I vote that we replace low F with low E as the most common uncommon low whistle key.
Low whistles in any key are magical when played well. I like 'em all. Gotta have 'em all. I do get into a low E fascination phase on a regular basis though.

Yup, I agree any key is great when played well (except the sopranino keys). However, playing aside, I just really like the pitch.
I suppose I’m now in one of those phases you mention. Partially because for some reason I can’t pick up a soprano D whistle directly after playing flute, or it sounds 50x higher pitched than it really is, and like some kind of carnival toy (but only temporarily)… so I pick up the low E Burke directly after fluting. Not only do I love the key, but I think that is particularly a great whistle, and the finest of my Burkes.
Haven’t tried a low E Goldie, but I’d like to eventually!
I’ve owned several low E whistles - sold most of them off. The Burke is the one I play most. But honestly, my Burke low F ain’t too far off from it - just shades of a difference.
You know if you want the low E to replace the low F as the most common uncommon whistle key you may have to petition Lunasa and others to start recording in E (or A) instead of F (and Bb). Those nice Lunasa whistle trios kind of moved the market to low F after a long fascination with low D’s.
