I hope you got your reed fixed up. You sounded like you are doing well on UP, even with that out-of-tune reed. Keep playing, you sound great.

Oh, I remember you now. I think you sounded pretty good yourself, as I recall. 
I thought it was a good class because we were all pretty much at the same level. Did the class meet on Sunday or not?
Yes, Benedict fixed up my reed good as new! 
(Tears of joy were shed). I am still getting used to playing it the way it is now…the reed is harder now, and the pressure is different than before for different notes, especially the back D.
BTW, are you saying you WANT to look like Mongo!!!???

I got a brand new reed from BK as well. It is a tad hard, but I figure you have to break it in. Just keep playing it, it should settle in.
OK, maybe the Mongo thing is getting old…but Mongo only pawn in game of life…
