Wha-a-ho-o-o-ey! I have a whole museum to practice in!

I have been given the Adams Museum to practice in whenever they are open! The acoustics are amazing, and they have a great big rotunda where I can hear every sloppy squeek I make! I get through scales and warms up quickly, but the place is a whistle player’s dream, and it doesn’t even need amplification! Beats the hell out of annoying the idiot upstairs!

Anna, does this mean you are a relic?!? Nyuk.

We played a coupla gigs at the Palace of the Legion of Honor in SF and it sure was fun, with all the marble walls and beeyootiful art about. Have fun!!!

Weekenders, I am older than dirt  Nyuk, nyuk! It’s just such a beautiful place to make music in! The acoustics are perfect and I don’t have to compete with that idiot who stand in the streets and shouts “B-B-Buffalo! B-B-Buffalo! B-B-Buffalo!” AND “Steaks and and Blue Bunny Ice Cream!” :open_mouth: He’s the only guy in town who can drown the whistle out, but not even Harleys and C&W Music blasting from the casinos can keep a good whistler down, but it sure is nice to have the Museum, especially in windy days!

I’m very happy for you . . . but why would you want to beat the hell out of annoying the idiot upstairs simply because you have a museum to play in???

'Cause the idiot came before the museum…

Make the rafters shake Anna

Way to go Anna!

went there today and got chased out by a staff member who didn’t know, so I went busking, didn’t make a dime, typical for Deadwood!

Should’ve given the staffer a demonstration or blast of a HIGH B on your whistle before leaving, warning him/her that you will learn more tunes with that note in it.

You weren’t arrested for busking? Whad ya do catch Deadwood’s finest napping

I have been asked by several people if I will be playing in front of the library again were I work this summer – probably but it has to warm up just a bit more. Although I wasn’t busking per se I did make some coins.

All the best to you

Actually, we got a new police chief, and I walked in to his ofice and thanked him for letting me shoot up his town with my non-firing weapons. He’s a nice guy, so I have a feeling the cops will ignore me, as long as nobody phones in a complaint! That staffer hates my guts, and it’s a small town, and he goes out of his way to be as mean as possible, so I don’t hang around.

hey Anna what type of museum is it ?..

… you know what type of STUFF’s in there?

http://adamsmuseumandhouse.org/ this is it. It has a two-headed calf, some Chinese stuff, a locomotive, and a a lot of Wild Bill/Calamity stuff, etc. The house part, I’ve never been in, because it costs six bucks! An me, old enough to be a museum piece myself! Oh, the heavenly acoustics!
