I recently joined Chiff & Fipple. I am from St. Louis, Missouri. I am seeking to upgrade from a practice set of uilleann pipes to a half set. I am not interested in a really expensive set, but one that is stable and well balanced. I have been cruising around Na Piobairi Uilleann’s website for pipe makers to contact as well.
If anyone knows of any used half sets for sale, please contact me.
