Yes, there are several wonderful pipers in that area. Please check out the Chris Langan weekend to be held in that area in January. (http://www.chrislangan.com/). Off the top of my head, I believe Debbie Quigley, Bob Gardiner, Kelly Hood, and several others live in the greater Toronto area.
