Tweaking a Dixon Trad?

Have folks here done the “poster putty tweak” on the head of a Dixon Trad? If so, what sort of impact has it had?

Yep. Made it worse. :astonished:

Just did a related “tweak”, the paperclip trick. My unusual paperclip made it as quiet as it sound with headphones on.

Made no difference to mine but left it in anyway

Made it worse for me, too. It made the octave break too easy.
