The State of the Inexpensive Whistle Address

Sorry, OldFart, but we thought you were a proxy… your initial post was quite similar to a style employed by… someone else… Complete with misuse of the word your and a seemingly inappropriate smiley.

I’d guess now, though, that you aren’t.

I didn’t think my info was ambiguous at all. A little sarcastic (not in an intended mean way, just having a bit of fun), but not really hard to understand.

At any rate I think there are a few good things to emphasize at this point (not directly at you, but in general):

  1. Most topics are addressed in some fashion on the Main Website

  2. These topics are always addressed in a freaking hilarious way. I mean, how could anybody in charge of these boards NOT have an amazing sense of humour? (BTW Dale, I absolutely love the new entry logo… Lego and whistles… combining my past love with my new love  )

  3. Cheap whistles most emphatically do not equal lesser instruments

  4. This is really important, so I’ll repeat it: a more expensive instrument does not guarentee a better instrument.

  5. Most cheap whistles can be made tunable very easily, and very simply. (following the above link and instructions)

Hope that helps clear up any ambiguities or misunderstandings in my previous post.
