Hello everyone. I’m looking to sell my Chieftain whistle as I’m saving for a new wooden flute. I have a Chieftain NR Mezzo D (Tuneable) for sale. It was made in February of this year (I bought it in May) and in perfect condition. It comes with a plastic case that Phil Hardy supplied. If you want to be heard in a session-this whistle is it. It is as LOUD as they get; it does take some getting used to though, particularly the 2nd octave b and a; once you get a handle on it though, it’s fantastic. The bottom D has a great loud tone as well.

They’re currently selling for 115 GBP on Phil’s site, the equivalent of US$235 (although they’re selling for US$190 at Lark in the AM)-ugh the darn value of the dollar:( You can check out sound clips at www.kerrywhistles.com and check out pictures below. I don’t think it will last, but if you haven’t sold it by 11/12 contact me. ireturn from Ireland on the day. So, I won’t be able to do anything about buying it until then. Please let me know if you still have it.
