Shannon Heaton at the Pipers Gathering in CT

Just want to pass on that Shannon Heaton is scheduled to provide tuition on flute (and probably whistle) at the Pipers Gathering in Litchfield, CT on the weekend of 22-24 August. I expect that these will be pretty small classes so a good chance to work closely with Ms. Heaton. Further info on the Pipers Gathering web site.

I was sorry to have missed her band, Long Time Courting, at Old Songs. They’re very good (you can find them on youtube and Spotify).

Yes, very good. I saw them live at the Celtic Classic (Bethlehem PA).
