I have a Seth Gallagher chanter for sale. It’s pitched in D, is keyless (but has blocks), has a wonderful reed, and has a swan-neck windcap. It’s chanter number 18 – for those of you familiar with Gallagher work, I believe he’s up to chanter (D) somewhere in the 200s now. I purchased the half set from a fella in Maryland 2.5 years ago. I have expanded the half set to a 3/4 set (with aforementioned broom handle!), and have obtained a new chanter and am not in need of my original Gallagher one. This chanter plays well, has a good body to the sound, and is well broken in.
