I was lucky enough to meet a flute player on friday who had a Cotter and allowed me to try it. What a great flute! Sounded reedier than my Aebi, a bit more like a Rudall somehow. And as easy to play as a Rudall. The keys are also quite rudallesque. Was a nice stick. I really might look into ordering one. If he only made eight-keyers…
