Seems a good price at just 3500 Euros or £2350.00 Sterling but with only a chanter reed is really a good buy ?

Who is Bouge - cannot see him on any list of makers ?

Naturally enough he seems to make mostly French/Breton cornemuses, bombardes, etc.
