The stick is reeded to play in tune and has been a reasonable tool for a new student learning to play the chanter. Asking price is $100 plus shipping costs. I have had some respectable interest in this chanter and had agreed to sell it to an individual. Today, however, I sat down to play it before packaging and I am not satisfied with the tuning of the reed. Further, I noted today, for the first time, a defect in the delrin that may be serious and I may indeed have the maker personally evaluate it. Thus, I am pulling it from the market until I can decide what needs to be done, if anything, to repair the chanter and/or until I can be satisfied that the reed is satisfactorily in tune.
