OT. Where else do *you* lurk?(or, no newsgroup is an island)

This is the only board that I have ever been on. It’s all good. on and off topic subjects. Besides, I don’t think I could ever find the time to keep up with the goings-on in any other communities and I like it here.

Of course, I like the on-topic stuff. I learn a lot and it has _greatly_helped to keep me focused on my music over the last several months. The off-topics are a lot of fun. I like them too.

I keep C&F up on my computer at work lots of days and try to follow along when I can.

Hot Asian Teens. ..just kidding..

Hmm, lets see…

C&F is the only music-related board I belong to. But there’s a few other classes of lists/groups I’m active in:

Greyhound Adoption related:
Greyhound-L
Greytalk
AZGreys (list-owner)

msheldon, my wife and I were adopted by Albert, a very handsome 4 1/2 year old black on white, a little over two and a half years ago, and are staunch supporters of the National Greyhound Adoption Program (NGAP) out of Philadelphia. My wife went to her first ā€œGreyhounds Reach the Beachā€ in Dewey Beach, Delaware this past October.

I own and operate Aquatiq Terrors. One of the largest forums for aquarium fish keepers on the internet. So most of my time is spent there.

For bagpipes:

For humor:

Or maybe I got that backwards.

Best, John

My wife and I first met greyhounds at our local Renaissance Faire. And, appropriately enough, we now belong to that group. The Arizona Renaissance Faire opens tomorrow. I’ll be playing my whistles in our booth, providing the proper ā€œatmosphereā€.
