OT: Off to California

I know it’s OT but I wanted to say bye to this board
in particular:

I’m not really going to California, but to the east coast for the summer,
to take care of an ailing relative. Also I’m going on an extended
Buddhist retreat–more of those there than in the midwest.
Probably won’t see much of the internet (odd, at retreat centers
they now have ‘No ChiffandFipple’ signs posted routinely, I’m told),
so, as I will post rarely if at all,

HAVE A GREAT SUMMER, you’all.

Whereabouts are you going? I’m on the East Coast (as are many others here).
Have a great trip (the retreat part, not the caring for sick relative part), and please share some of your enlightenments with us on your return, or if you can escape to an internet cafe some morning…

Good luck, Jim! And definitely look up the East Coast sessions. The one in Concord was terrific (thanks, David & rama!), and we found some fun in Burlington & Montpelier VT, too.

My goal is at least one night in Durham this July … (cousin’s wedding in Hartford on the 9th; then VT & MA)
