One more time...whistle sale...Christmas?

All of them play nicely (I already got rid of all the instruments I didn’t like). All are in like new or perfect condition (but some of the brass whistles may be slightly tarnished…I can get rid of that if the buyer wants), unless otherwise noted. Shipping will be $6 (plus $1 for every $100 of value above the first $100) in the US and a whole lot more for international.

Michael Copeland:

–High d phosphor bronze (looks like gold, lighter weight) … $270
–High Eb silver … $360
–High Eb brass … $250

Glenn Schultz:

–Water Weasel d … $65

Michael Burke:

I find the brass pro to be the most substantial, both in tone and in material. It’s a lovely choice…I have several of them.

The aluminm is a little lighter in tone and material, and the composite one has a lovely tone, but I have some concern about its long-term strength.

Do me a favor and offer these when I DO have some money, dangit!! Tho I am happy with my Burkes, I have heard nothing but praise for the Silkstones.

I am also intrigued by the phosphor-bronze Copeland, as I am familiar from steel strings that use that alloy. Must have a nice color to it.

I’m really pleased that the Copeland A is now gone. I’m not sure how much longer I could have managed my inclination. I’ll never get a new flute if I keep buying whistles. :stuck_out_tongue:

I sold two Silkstones, but I took the Copeland A off because I decided to keep it. So what, I have two of them. They might come in handy with the family band in a few years.
