office germs

Who knew that office environments were so dangerous?? I’ve been on the job 4 days and someone already got me, along with 90% of the rest of the office, sick. Gosh darn it all!! I thought having two kids in the public school system had me prepared… wasn’t prepared for offices of death. :imp:

Time to power-boost the immune system with my secret formula of special herbs and vitamins, I guess. ::flexing natural healing muscles:: Anyone have any tips on how they keep from getting the cooties from their office-mates??

I engage and pump up my immune system with spotty hygeinic practices. Pathogens are our friends.

I like how they look up close. Like robots or something.

Oh, you mean viruses. Yeah, they’re cool. Like weird little lunar modules.

Buy a package of alcohol wipes and wipe down everything you touch that someone else may have touched or even breathed on. The keyboard, the phone, doorknobs, whatever. Wash your hands a lot. Use some hand sanitizer (you can buy a small purse-sized bottle).

So you’ll get a reputation as the office paranoid germ patrol. It’s better than being sick.

Pathogens and viruses, solar systems and galaxies, dungeons and dragons and video games, do I knot git n e thang rite? :frowning:

Perhaps, but surely those knitted snoods scare off a few germs.

viruses are pathogens.

How do you do that “someone wrote:” thing? Mine doesn’t look like everyone else’s. Mine doesn’t look like a piece of paper pasted down.

Click the quote button.

Okay, when I do that and preview it, it says Quote: and I am not seeing how to get Cranberry wrote: in there.

Click the quote button.

Substitute all the ()s for s:

(quote=“Cranberry”)

TEXT BEING QUOTED GOES HERE

(/quote)

as long as you leave the quote and /quotes intact, surrounded by brackets, the “soandso said” heading will automatically be there when you post.

Yep. What Cran said. But he left off the / before the last (/quote)

then he fixed it. So I look stupid. But that goes with my day.

Did not.

I have been practicing at the test site but I still can’t do it. So that’s why I came back here.

(quote=“Cranberry”)
Click the quote button.
(/quote)

No, Sugar…replace the ()s with s.

Just click on the quote button, in the upper right corner, then you dink with it until its messed up…

    Got it. Thank you very much.

Very, very welcome.
