NGC 4449: Close-up of a Small Galaxy

Small, small, they call it small, but it doesn’t look small to me.

Tsk. It’s only 20,000 light years across. The “Large” Magellanic Cloud isn’t really large. It’s just a name.

It’s all relative. I’ll be a monkey’s uncle. You?

That, and perhaps, this…

Close up … again …

This one may be small, but c’mon … It’s still too awkward to fit in your luggage. Someone needs to make a 3-piece “travel” galaxy that breaks down for easy transport, and maybe a nice leather case of Taurus leather. Nobody will miss the stupid bull anyway, not with that Ophiuchus guy just waiting to step in.

Saw a red Galaxie convertible at a funeral this morning, looked like a '63, it was huge! You could fit a Nova, Pulsar, Taurus, including the Subaru, and a Saturn just in the trunk.

Looks like someone got sick on the celestial tarmac.

Pomegranate martini 'll look like that every time.

Yep, definitely some kind of ornate foo-foo drink. I’d say the pomegranates were fresh, too: looks like they left the seeds in. A challenging novelty in the world of cocktails.

I knew a little rabbit foo foo who could make ya see stars.
