I wanted to take a moment out of the cooking/wrapping/getting dressed for church frenzy to wish everyone a very peaceful Christmas. I want to especially extend that wish to all who, for one reason or another, find this to be a tough time of year. The world turns on during the holidays, which means the season is too often associated, for some, with painful events. And for all of us for whom that’s true, I wish a peaceful Christmas as well.
Two of our grown daughters are here and the other, our oldest, is spending Christmas with her in-laws in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She is due on or around January 15 to deliver our first grandchild, who will incidentally be our daughter’s and son-in-law’s first child. Please keep them and us in your thoughts and prayers.
Merry Christmas everyone.
Congratulations, Dale.
We will be holding good thoughts for you and your family.
May the New Year bring an end to war and renewed efforts for a world at peace.
Late to post but have spent last 30 days in and out of hospital, usually unable to post at computer stuff. So I’m one of those having a rough holiday. Nevertheless, the world is still a marvel and I’ve been thankful for the 54 years of health I enjoyed up to this year. Best to all my friends here.
