KERRY LOW D…This was my first low D, it served me well…its about
a year and a half old, in great condition, plastic mouthpiece with
aluminium body. this one has a nice tone which i always found easy
to play through both octaves. needs the pipers grip but its
great for a first low whistle me thinks…very lonely in the corner…needs
a good home. $45 plus shipping costs.
SHAW LOW D…This one has a slight dent between the E and F# holes…
it has’nt affected the sound or tuning, it isnt that noticable but you can
see it as a crease in the metal. Mouthpiece is in good condition…nice
haunting sound in the first octave, harder work in the second…quite
breathy but worth it if you have the lungs…nice for slow airs.
