Smoke in your Eyes is a great resource! I’ve got it, but use it quite a bit - sorry. My copy (4th ed:2006) is from Fish House Music, 3616 Burke Ave North, Seattle, WA 89103-8337. Don’t see a web site for this place, but here is a link to the book: http://kinetic.seattle.wa.us/fish.html $30 and worth every cent in my opinion.
