Lambertville NJ or New Hope PA area teacher needed

I’m interested in learning to play Uilleann pipes, and am in the market to purchase a set. I can read music, play piano and recorder and understand the pipes are “keyed” differently from the recorder. I love the sound of the Uilleann pipes and the idea of being able to sing Irish folk music while playing. However, I need guidance on how to get started. I’m in Lambertville, NJ, just across the Delaware River from New Hope, PA, and a little less than an hour drive north of Philadelphia.
