I tried, but I can’t see it. 
Many sky objects were named when first identified through much less powerful telescopes. These big close-ups from the Hubble telescope are too high in resolution to see the image that prompted the original name. Try to see if you can find a bird-shaped object in this image (head is at 10:00 o’clock):
