Well, due to a recent eBay purchase, the “stable” needs to be reduced! I’m selling my Granite Falls Manufacturing high D aluminum whistle. I can supply a picture if you REALLY need it, but its the same as the one on Chuck’s site (www.granitefallsmfg.com). I’ve had mine for a little over a year, as I recall, and it is one of the newer models (I’m the first owner). It lists for $80 plus shipping, so you can have a bargain at $65 including shipping.

As an owner of a GFM, I can recommend the whistle. A great one.
Yup, it’s a great whistle! It was my first “good” whistle and I have since bought a Burke DAN, which I like a little better. The sound of the Burke is not as “traditional” as the GFM, but it is sweet. My problem is that I have an O’Brien Blackwood Rover on the way!

Folks, I have a GFM high D and it is second only to my Burke DBSBT. I would compare it to the DBSBT in tone and volume. I also have a Greenwood high D and a Chieftain high D and although they are very good I think the GFM is easier to play for an audience. This is a good deal. If I didn’t already have one I would jump at this price.
