I have a Seth Gallagher uilleann pipe practice set (concert pitch D) for sale. The practice set, in brass, was fabricated entirely by Seth Gallagher and includes the bag, bellows and chanter with blocks for mounting four keys. The practice set is in mint condition. Reed is not included.
