Much to my dismay, I must part with this wonderful instrument which has served me so wonderfully well for the past 8 months. I’m selling it in anticipation for the arrival of my new flute which is due to arrive hopefully by September. This flute is in fine condition, myself being the 3rd owner. The previous owner misplaced the crown just before sending it to me, thus leaving it crownless. I haven’t gotten around to getting a new one for it yet, but I would imagine this could be done pretty easily…just a matter of calling Mr. Lehart himself, or getting a crown from another maker…not a huge deal, as not having a crown doesn’t really affect anything. This flute plays absolutely beautifully and easily…the cork has been recently adjusted for the better, and the low end is especially warm and open at the moment. I’ve gotten nothing but incredibly positive and supportive feedback on the sound of the instrument in the time I’ve had it. I’m asking $1700, which includes the pistol case that came with it. Email mustbethedouble@gmail.com or PM…I have some photos somewhere in my email archives I’d be happy to send along to anyone interested. Price is firm.
By the way, I forgot to mention the flute is in D, in case anyone was wondering
Uh oh…I smell a sale coming on!
