FS: Chieftain V3 Alto F, NR Mezzo A, Bb, C tuneable whistles

Cross-posted from the Used Instruments Exchange:

All new July 2011 (photos coming, but they basically look like the nearly new whistles they are!)…

Chieftain V3 Alto F tuneable £115 inc. UK P&P (= what Kerry Whistles charge for non-tuneable, when the tuneable new price is/was £165).
Chieftain NR Mezzo A tuneable £80 inc. UK P&P (= what Kerry Whistles charge for non-tuneable, when the tuneable new price is/was £115).
Chieftain NR Mezzo Bb tuneable £80 inc. UK P&P (as above)
Chieftain NR Mezzo C tuneable £80 inc. UK P&P (as above)

Have to say I’d rate the F the best of the V3s (well-tuned and nice to play if you like an open, breathy whistle), which is why I’ve kept it longer than the D and the G previously sold on.

While the Bb and C have one or two minor fingering quirks at the top of the second octave, that’s normal for small Chieftains (not specific to my examples) and the A (on the same bore) requires no ‘tricks’ at all in that register.

Please ask about international postage.

Thanks

Or photo (singular), because they’re all here…

Top ‘C#’ (sounding A or B respectively) benefits from added bottom hand fingers, and top ‘D’ (sounding Bb or C) likes six fingers down and minimal venting.
