Acid stained(by me ligth brown), exellent condition, reed included

Why would you acid stain an instrument after it came from a makers shop? I don’t get it!

well, original chanter had only wax and oil treatment…u can imagine how the ligth chanter colour went after hard playing …dirtylook!
Now when putting brownish colour ,Dirt/stain etc doesn’ texist so much, and the visual sign vs brass is now much much good looking.
