I’ve put up a further page in the Flute Tone Investigations series, but before you get too excited, let me mention it’s an appendix on the technical resources that I’m marshalling to do the job. It will interest some, but by no means all. If you are not technologically stirred, don’t drop everything to check this out.
There are three sections:
- the hardware
- the software, and
- my relevant background.
I’ve thrown that last bit in as it might well have occurred to some to wonder where I’m coming from.

I’ve also started a page called Further Reading, but so far it only has two papers on audio topics referenced. But it’s a place where we can put useful references as the work progresses.
