FINALLY! A car whistle.

I demand to know which Ralph tweaked my whistle. I also demand to know when he showed up for work that day and if so, what time.

That would be Ralph number one.

However, neither Ralph number one nor Ralph number two has been directly involved in the tweaking of the whistles. Their functions are strictly supervisory and administrative. I consult with them extensively on technical and strategic issues, and of course, they’re indispensible for their expertise in cleaning out almost empty peanut butter jars.

Ralph number one seems to have more of a musical aptitude than Ralph number two. He has a quiet little squeak when he’s excited (which I miss). On the other hand, I may be misjudging Ralph number two. Though he doesn’t squeak, he does have some musical talent in the direction of percussion. It may just be that my taste in music is closer to Ralph number one’s than Ralph number two’s.

I can’t be sure eactly when Ralph (take your pick, one or two – they’re exactly the same in this) shows up the first time for work in the evening because he comes and goes a lot. However, like clockwork, around 11:00 or so, there he is, checking out his supper and going to work on the evening’s peanut-butter-jar-cleaning-out work.

Jerry, this information about the Ralphs has greatly increased my understanding and appreciation of my “Ralph 1” tweaked Sweetone. I should have known that his supervisory expertise was involved in the tweaking of the whistle, and I would have known immediately if it weren’t for those meddling kids.

Anyway, Thank you for sharing this with the board. I can honestly say that the whistle plays even better now that I have this knowledge and I will gladly reccommend a Jerry Freeman Tweaked Sweetone to anyone as long as the tweaking is supervised by Ralph one.

Um…they can no longer be supervised by Ralph 1 because he has been set free.

Am I the only one following the story?

Although Ralph number one has taken another position in a different location, every tweaked Sweetone produced from now on will incorporate the significant technical advancements that he developed and supervised, along with the improved overall efficiency of the operation based on his many useful suggestions.

The Global Whistle Tweaking and Production Consortium wouldn’t be what it is today without the many, invaluable contributions of Ralph number one.

I case you missed it, here’s the account of how Ralph came to his new position.
