I also like the tons of ABC files available out there with thousands of tunes, I am a Mac user and BarFly is a great program for seeing, hearing, and even transcribing tunes from and to ABC format files. I think ABC2Win is available for Windows that does the same thing.

Ceol Rince na h-Eireann books as well as O’Neil’s have been converted to ABC. BarFly has helped me learn many tunes in the past, hearing and seeing them.
