Circuit City often does store rebates, if I recall correctly, so keep your eye on them. Also, if Fuji ends up doing a manufacturer rebate right after your purchase, apply anyway - Pentax came out with a rebate a week after I bought my camera. I wrote them a letter asking if I could please have the rebate, and they gave it to me! :boggle: :smiley: Hewlett Packard did the same thing when I bought a floor model monitor that had a rebate on it (I didnā€™t have the UPC or anything).

Never hurts to ask. And enjoy your new toy!

I would suggest doing a little research on cnet.com. I almost always check the reviews there before buying any high tech gadgets. They also have links to places to buy them with a price comparison. Hereā€™s the link for the digital camera reviews:
