http://vimeo.com/63243672 This is really not my particular taste but Davy is obviously enjoying himself, a smile ever present when he’s not playing, and playing awesomely as ever! Go for it Davy!! Who said the low whistle is only for ITM. Wish I could have seen him play guitar too but the video ends just as he’s picking it up. Anyone in Vermont happen to catch this?
Good playing is good playing, even if you’re not into the blues! Yes, I’d rather hear him play more in a solo situation, where whistle is the focus, but he managed some tasty solos there too-with a great tone to boot.
Thanks for the post, Mike!
I’m told there will more concert videos of Davy et al to download from www.irishbluesexpress.com in due course. And they will be playing concerts in Europe.
