Copeland High D.. possibly available in Mass

All,
I have been out of the loop for quite a while. And I have a Copeland that has been going unloved. I bought it a while back directly from Copeland. it is a brass high D. New condition.

I have been seeing a lot of different pricing on these and I just don’t know what is realistic. I may put it on Ebay or craigslist . But, I much prefer to deal face to face and let the potential buyer see, play and decide.

Any advice here? What is a realistic asking price?
