Selling a brilliant Francois Baubet keyless Mopane flute. Only reason for selling is that i now have a 6-key mopane by Francois.

Wow,
In my experience, Baubet makes excellent flutes. I find them about the power of a Martin Doyle with a little more focused sound perhaps due to the fully lined head. Like the Doyle, the Baubet has a great low D with lots of “honk” in other notes too.
I’m really surprised that this flute has not been snapped up. The owner is open to reasonable offers.

Yes, i am surprised too to be honest..
Now i have put up my Delrin Baubet as well, here: https://forums.chiffandfipple.com/t/francois-baubet-delrin-d-keyless-flute-sold/91712/1
I witheld it due to a friend being interested in it, but that deal fell through.
I will miss it.. Both Kevin Crawford and Brendan Mulholland were quite impressed with it in Oulu Finland last year, and it is a crackin’ flute, but again, now i have my 6-key Baubet and that’s all i’ll need for a foreseeable future ![]()
