I was going on Nico’s post… here…
Note: that set of pipes in my lap, in that photo, isn’t Mick’s set. Rather it’s George’s Taylor set. That’s right. It’s a Taylor set. No reeds or bag, but I wouldn’t be surprised to find myself playing it next year.
I would like to know a little more of its history as well.

Great picture- Was that done digitially and displayed in B&W or using HTG B&W film???
Colour digital and carefully transferred to BW and then PSD’d over and over until nicely baked.

Yep. I heard that story, very good one too! Very nice guy as well that got em’. It’s all about timing.. I have some photo’s of that set also, somewhere from the weekend.. Also got some video of Mick playing the chanter from that set. ![]()
