Hey, what happened to the flute auction, the ebay link doesn’t work any more

Loren

E-bay has stopped the auction because I have bid on the flute.
My e-mail address attached to the account to respond to questions and apparently even though I do not have the flute and the money was going into Jerry’s benefits account I am was not allowed to bid. I thought there was enough distance but Ebay did not agree. Ebay cancelled the auction with out giving me a chance to respond. This is my first experience with Ebay and while I understand their need to keep things about board but I would have like an opportunity to explain before they cancelled the auction.
I am trying to work this out with E-bay but they have not responded to my email since yesterday afternoon when they canceled the auction.
As soon as I can work it out we will continue with the auctions but I may need to have another member of the committee set up the account. Sorry for any inconvenienced this has caused anyone.

duplicate entry?

I was worried this might happen when I first saw you bid (which is why I Pm’d you), however when they (ebay) didn’t cancel the auction immediately, I figured you had already worked something out with them, and so I didn’t bring it up in when you replied to me. Guess I should have :frowning:

another member of the committee is now in the process of setting up the auctions schedule to start this week. He does not play any instruments and will not have no interest is these instruments. Let hope that solves the problem. Still no contact by E-bay by the way so it takes them some time to get around to answering their mail.
