I’ve owned one for years, and have played with it, but have too many other priorities to pursue it… however, my daughter thinks she’d really like to learn to play it. She learns best being shown something, so video would be the next best thing to a real live person type teacher. Since the latter is scarce in our area, I’m looking for the former… anyone know a good one?

I’m not sure whether she’s still teaching and whether 100 miles is too far but Alex Usher gave some excellent worshops at an autoharp (and dulcimer) festival that I attend. I’ve heard from others that she’s a great teacher. Here’s the info from a (perhaps outdated) list of autoharp teachers:

Bran Bowers is an excellent autoharpist and has a well regarded video from what I hear. (I’ve never used any video my self).
