I didn’t want to infringe upon amar’s serious worm bagel thread, but I needed to reply to ad.
It’s not that I don’t like them, for I totally appreciate them. They just look so scary to me. I had a huge phobia when I was little, and I think that’s why I have this fear today.
So that’s that…since this is an un-serious thread, feel free to post whatever you want.

I like lizards. I have an existential encounter with a water lizard every Friday evening when I pass the pond on my way home. Water lizards aren’t exactly like dogs; it doesn’t come up to me for a pat. But it does let me get very close to get a good look. This one has a tail about three or four times the length of its body. It looks just like a minute dinosaur.
