Whistlemomne

Wife and Mom, started learning Tin whistle almost 2 years ago using Stephen Ducke’s Complete Tin whistle book just the first 9 chapters, then did a few months of the Macneela course and enjoyed that and now am trying (and am impressed by) Blayne Chastain’s video library of techniques and tunes after seeing it recommended on here. I have a Jerry Freeman Blackbird high D whistle that makes my heart happy to hear now that I don’t make it squawk anymore!! One of my goals is to be able to accompany my mom as she plays through the hymn book on the piano, so I am awaiting two more Freeman whistles Bb and C which should help me be able to cover most of the songs in our hymn book!
