Well I’m stumped…
so I asked the kid for ideas and this is what he came up with…
I have no frame of reference for that-- how long have we been around as a species? Millions of years, right? That would mean those stars are younger than we are. 
Just looked it up. This is from a class at Washington State U.

So-- our genus has been in existence more than a million years, and our species has been around for half a million.
WE ARE OLDER THAN THOSE STARS!!!
