Sorry I don’t know of anybody. It’s a long drive, but if you ever come to Portland, Preston Howard is a good teacher.
Also, Brad Angus, a good pipemaker lives in the area, if you ever need repairs or tweaks. He did wonders for my set.
A decent teacher is very important when you’re starting out; worth it even if you have to drive a long way on an infrequent basis - once a month (or less) is way better than nothing. Good luck in your search.
