Too bad the grammer, syntax and spelling is just a little better than that of a high school grad. The fact that they mention ticket numbers as significant and then claim selection from a pool of 500 million emails is the kicker though.
Well, be sure to e-mail the sender all of your bank account numbers, social security numbers and credit card numbers as soon as possible. A few signature specimens would probably be useful to them as well. Finally, you can throw in an umlimited power of attorney for those fine folks, just to make sure they have everything they need.
These simple measures will, without doubt, facilitate a real flurry of activity in your various accounts!
