I’m still working on the whiste comparison site, and it occurred to me that with the widgets I already have in place, it would be very easy to set it up so that users could have audio/video blogs where they could post clips of themselves for comments and feedback, and thus keep a record of their progress as their playing improves.
Is this something that people would be interested in?
Also, these widgets do still need to be tested out, so if anyone wants to help out, but feels like they’re not technically savvy enough, I actually have a need for non-techie forum users to see if my widgets are user-friendly. All I need is for people to register and try posting some random stuff at my testing site – anything will do, favorite youtube vids, pictures of cute children and pets, random audio clips. I particularly need people with accounts at Flickr, Picasa, ImageShack or Photobucket to see if their pictures embed properly, though youtube videos and audo clips also need testing. It’s all on a temporary testing site, so it can be entirely frivolous stuff.
The url is to get there drupaltestDOTtangleweedsDOTcom – copy, paste, and edit in the browser bar. I’m keeping the url obfuscated from search engines as it’s just a temporary test site.
